My #cat
starts talking to me when I'm in my home office. He hates that I don't
allow them into my office..since I have 8 cats now, (2 passed away since
this video) I can't have them laying on my equipment and getting their
fur into my items :)
Not only are my #cats a HUGE part of my life... #supportingcats and saving them from the streets is something I truly believe in :)
With that said...I wanted to introduce a personal part of my life to my audience:)

When we constantly think something over and over, whether its good or
bad, it becomes a habit or pattern.

Once you begin to use affirmations, you build new roads or
neural pathways in your brain which leads to shutting down the old
ones.

) I had two young children at the time. I went through the "Why me?" and felt sorry for myself because I was stuck in a wheel chair and felt that everyone else was supposed to take care of me.
that are experiencing the same things in life. No, they may not be the exact same experiences... but they all go back to the same thing which we all seek in life... which is happiness and love.
. When we have completely forgiven those who have hurt us and release or "FREE" the emotion attached to the experience, we are "free" to live our passion and purpose in life which is what we enjoy and love to do.
